Understanding a game takes time.

While working in gameplay analysis and consulting at various studios, I experienced how sustained play reveals the true relationships between mechanics, environments, and crafted player experience that weren't immediately visible. Throughout my experience, the most meaningful work actually happened through dedicated play and close conversations with the people designing those experiences. Delta Research is an attempt to make that level of attention and critical collaboration available to more studios.

I'm proud to work alongside peers who have worked at Riot Games, Insomniac Games, Epic Games, CI Games, and Bungie.
